We got to go for a trail ride in Dimple Dell which is surrounded by the city but still has nice views. I miss those mountains! My sister Kris, our friend Joy, and I got to go. It was cold, but well worth it since over the last several years since I've had kids I have only gone on about 1-2 trail rides a year.

Here is Kris and Sunny. It even snowed the day before so we got to enjoy the pretty white snow (which is very infrequent here in NC). Christian and Aricin were busy playing in and shoveling the snow at Grandma's that same day.

Aricin and Pandora, aka "Dora" or "Mini" at my sister's barn. Aricin loves this miniature horse and had a great time running around with her. She is a horse my sister and her friend Jessica rescued and now co-own. No matter what they call her isn't she just plain adorable?

Aricin being king of the mountain on the haybales at Aunt Kris's barn. We couldn't drag Christian away from Grandma's to join us (which is why I have a lot less pics of him)

Above is a picture of my cute girl Sandy. She used to be my horse before we left Utah, but now my sister has her again. I am able to still come ride her every time I go back to Utah. Not a bad deal right? Kris keeps her and I ride her once a year. :)

To the left:
Kris riding her trusty horse Sunny and Aricin on Apache. Yep, Kris is due in 2 weeks with a baby boy! I'm jealous I was only able to ride up until 36 weeks at which point it hurt too bad! But my riding time was a lot less than hers. I mainly rode in my corral (aka my backyard at the time)
Aricin and "Mini" playing around.
Riding horses with Kris, Jessica, and Aricin.
