'09 Snowstorm - Snow Day

It still blows my mind that school is cancelled, for this! But it is below freezing and the roads are icy. Still, seriously? There isn't even enough snow to make a snowball! Here are the boys scraping the snow off Calinda's car in order to get enough snow to make a snowball! They had fun but didn't last long out there! It is COLD! outside!

So if the boys DO have school tomorrow they will only have a 1 day week as yesterday was a holiday and Thursday and Friday are teacher work days. Hmm, I wonder if we'll end up with the whole week off? That is just CRAZY!

And yes, what you are seeing in the pictures is ALL the snow we got. It isn't even still snowing!

I can't believe that is a what a snow day looks like! Crazy! You don't even have to put snow pants on the kids :)! Fun for the kids to have another day off though!
