Christian's Birthday Fun

We celebrated Christian's Birthday last Saturday night. I know, I am a bit late getting pictures up!
We started out with a special birthday dinner of Christian's choice at McDonalds. I don't know what it is about that place but he'll pick it over about anything else except sometimes he will choose Bob Evans.
Then we headed back home for cake and presents. I made Christian's cake yellow with vanilla icing, and sprinkles as well as a Bumblebee Transformer keychain on top. He thought that was pretty neat!
Of course Christian enjoyed opening all his gifts which included from Niels and I, Aricin, Grandma, and Uncle Tysen. Grandma and Uncle Tysen for sure gave the favorites! Transformers, and even a Transformer with the original Transformer's movie that I am afraid is going to get worn out quickly if the use in the last 5 days is any indicator! Thanks for the great gifts!
Then we headed off to Foxfire Lanes to go bowling. All in all a wonderful evening for a birthday celebration for Christian!

A quick question too...Do you buy a gift for the sibling(s) of the birthday child? My mom always does and I've picked up on it too. So Aricin had a few things to open which he really enjoyed.

Niels bowling, he gets all serious, it is funny. :)
Me bowling, YIKES I've gotten worse (if that is possible) in my old age. I think I maybe got a 60? Don't remember...
The boys willing the ball by moving themselves! Too funny!
